We had a fantastic family getaway at a hotel located right on the lakeside. the stunning view across Lake Shibayama was breathtaking. Our spacious room was clean and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to everyone's taste. the hotel also had a range of facilities, including a shuttle bus service and a beautiful onsen.
Some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear and tear.

Lots of different baths! Evening fireworks over the lake and a wide selection of baths to choose from made this hotel an enjoyable experience. The onsen system, where men and women have access to different baths at different times, allowed my nephew and I to explore and enjoy the larger complex of 15 baths in the afternoon and morning. The beautiful view across Lake Shibayama added to the overall ambiance.
Not that good. The hotel, while reasonably priced, felt a bit worn around the edges and could use some refurbishment.
